“Doc” Ruby is a minor antagonist in Steven Universe. She is a Homeworld Gem who was sent out to find Jasper on Earth.
She is voiced by Lo Mutuc, who also voiced the other Rubies in the same show.

Her Villainous Deeds
- She and the rest of the Rubies arrive on Earth to find Jasper and play a game of baseball with the Crystal Gems who are disguised as humans, when the Gems' cover is blown she and the Rubies fuse into one Giant Ruby in an attempt to kill them.
- She and the other Rubies fuse again in order to fight the Crystal Gems and kill them again.
Why Doesn't She Pass the Baseline?
- She is bog-standard, as she doesn't do anything particularly heinous to pass the general baseline asides from generic "kill-the-heroes" villainy. Even if she passed the baseline, she still fails the heinous standards to Yellow Diamond, as her actions were done under her orders.
- She is loyal to Yellow Diamond as she follows the latter's orders.
- She has a genuine friendship with the rest of the Ruby Squad.
- She is affably evil, as she is the only Ruby of her squad who is both willing and able to answer the Crystal Gems' questions.
